What working here looks like
Real systems, real heroes
You work on ERP environments that run production, warehouses and accounting. When you successfully deploy feature, someone stops spending hours every week retyping data between systems and Excel files.
The whole problem, not a ticket
You are in the room for the client conversation, you design the solution, and you see it running afterwards. Nobody hands you a specification and takes the problem away again.
We stay after go-live
We support what we build. That changes how you build it: you are not shipping something you’d rather never see again.
Open roles
If nothing fits but the work sounds like yours, use the form at the bottom of the page anyway! You miss 100% shots you don’t take.
.NET/ERP Developer
Fully remote · B2B contract
You write the add-ons/plugins and integrations that make enova365 fit how client actually works, and then keep them working as the business changes.
What you’ll do
- Design and build solutions on top of enova365: add-ons, custom features, workers, tasks and algorithms, delivered consistently with enova365 architecture
- Build new modules and separate systems connected to enova365, each with its own business logic and user interface
- Integrate enova365 with the other systems the client runs, using the enova365 WebAPI
- Take part in implementation projects from the development side, including pre-implementation analysis where a technical view is needed
- Run training sessions and technical hand-overs for client teams and our consultants
- Write the technical and implementation documentation that goes with your work
- Test, fix and support what you have shipped, and keep it compatible with new enova365 releases
What we are looking for
- Solid commercial experience with C# and .NET
- Comfortable with relational databases and T-SQL
- Day-to-day use of version control (Git)
- Polish and English good enough to run a client conversation
- Experience writing enova365 add-ons is a strong advantage, but we will teach the right person
- REST API integrations, DevExpress XtraReports (REPX), familiarity with business processes in modules such as Commerce, CRM, Workflow or Manufacturing (in any ERP system) is a strong advantage
What we offer
- Work fully remote. That is how the whole company works. The exception is an occasional client visit when a project needs it
- Time to learn the domain properly. ERP work rewards understanding the business, not only the code
- Direct contact with clients. If you’d rather build up to it, we got you cover!
ERP Implementation Specialist
Fully remote · B2B contract
The person who works out what a client actually needs, configures enova365 to do it, and stays with them after go-live. Part business analyst, part implementation specialist.
What you’ll do
- Run pre-implementation analysis: map the client’s processes before anything gets configured, and write them up
- Configure and adapt enova365 modules to the way the client works, e.g. Commerce, CRM, Workflow or Manufacturing
- Migrate data from legacy systems and support the go-live
- Train users and support them once the system is live
- Write implementation documentation
- Work with our developers on changes that need code, turning business needs into a clear brief
What we are looking for
- Experience implementing ERP systems, ideally enova365
- Hands-on experience with at least one of main enova365 module
- A good grasp of how companies actually operate: sales, warehouse, customer service, production, document flow
- MS SQL or C# knowledge (only enough to investigate a problem yourself first) is strong advantage!
- Willingness to visit clients occasionally
What we offer
- Fully remote, with occasional visits to clients
- Proper training in enova365, including the modules you haven’t worked with yet
- Room to specialise in the areas of enova365
- Direct access to the developers – changes that need code get made, not filed
How we hire
01
You write to us
A CV or a LinkedIn profile is enough. A few sentences about what you have built recently helps more than a cover letter does.
02
A conversation
One conversation with the people you’ll actually work with. Technical, but a discussion about real problems rather than a quiz.
03
A decision
We come back to you quickly, either way, and we tell you why, including when the answer is no.
Apply
Tell us which role you are interested in and where we can read about your work. If nothing above fits but the work sounds like yours, write to us anyway. We hire when we meet the right person, not only when a role is posted.
